By accessing or using this or any other product or service from Leadfusion ("Services"), you agree to the following terms:

You are an employee in good standing of your financial institution and shall use the Services in a professional manner and in accordance with the policies of your employer. You are solely responsible for any and all acts and omission that occur under your account and you agree not to engage in unacceptable use. You shall be solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. The Services may only be used to assist in conducting business on behalf of your employer. Use of these Services is subject to limitations and other provisions contained in the master agreement ("Agreement") with your institution. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These terms of service may be changed, modified, added or removed in whole or in part at any time by Leadfusion.
